The web app (app.hopsule.com) is the dashboard for Hopsule: where you sign in, manage organizations and projects, and curate the persistent decision and memory layer. Authentication and membership (for example via Clerk) gate access. Hopsule does not store your source code. It stores decisions, memories, and structural metadata the product needs for context and Brain. Your codebase stays in Git.Documentation Index

Responsibilities
- Organizations and projects: shared governance across teams and repos, with clear boundaries per project.
- Decision lifecycle: draft, pending, accepted, deprecated (see Decisions). AI can propose; people with the right permissions approve.
- Memories: rationale and context linked to decisions (the why).
- Capsules: portable context packs you activate so IDE, MCP, and CLI stay aligned.
- Brain: interactive knowledge graph of decisions, memories, tasks, and relationships.
- Hopper: in-app, project-aware chat grounded in Capsules (see Hopper AI).
How it relates to other surfaces
The web app is where teams author and approve governance. The IDE add-on, MCP server, and CLI consume that state to show warnings and feed context to AI. Connect the GitHub App and repositories from project settings when you need repo-linked onboarding and sync.Learn more
